Meds made me gain 10 pounds. I want to lose, but fat is not just muscle. Weight Watchers or LA Weight Loss?
I am a healthy person. I have an active lifestyle and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I never had to pay a lot of attention my weight or diet, in addition to taking vitamins and drinking water. However, although now I am out of medicine (a steroid for my asthma) and seducing my workouts, that extra weight is not moving. So I think I should change my diet. I have heard of Weight Watchers is good for teaching the parts, but the loss of weight gives faster results. Even if they have a lot of weight to lose, I want to ensure it does so in a healthy way. Any suggestions, experiences, etc?
not theirs – they have very low calorie diet plans. find calorie / fitness calculator in the network between all your stats and tell you how many calories you need daily to maintain 300-400cal off that number and the amount you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables 8 days a glass of water have complex carbs for breakfast – that give the energy lean meat (protein) dinner – repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times per week for 50 minutes at 30, training with light weights not eating foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, etc past), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc) and nothing fried and oily. of course you can enjoy from time to time with a small gift:)
