Results when wearing a girdle to tighten loose skin after weight loss?
Will try to wear a girdle to re-attach flabby skin after lost weight around the belly area. How long time before a result can be achieved? Necessary to wear it 24-hours or will evening and night do OK?
Wearing a girdle will not do anything to “re-attach” skin. The only thing a girdle will do is temporarily compress the fat tissue in the area. The bad news is that if you have too much loose skin it may never recover. The skin has an underlying layer of smooth muscle and with exercise this muscle will tighten and assist with skin tightening.
